I thought of two points: Arnhem Central Station and Market Square. The routes between Kortestraat towards these points and back. I started walking. I decided to go first to the Market Square.
When does decisionmaking happen?
While I was walking I thought about the task. What is that I want to focus on?
Street lights?
Chewing gum merged to the pavement?
Details? Which details?
And the thought came while walking. Surfaces. Mostly surfaces that are on a different level than my eyes. Putting the phone on a surface makes the click more steady.

The flâneur is related to a male person wandering and wondering about, in some spleen romantic city like Paris at the end of 19th century.

Flâneuse is a prostitute. I guess, there is no other reason for a woman to walk without destination in a city…

I crouched down to take this picture and I smelled the wet pavement.

I placed my camera on a surface to make the click.

The red pavement is for cars and for walkers. I stood there. I was reading an inscription carved on the staircase. At some point, I realized that a car was waiting for me to move away, so it can pass. How long is the driver waiting? I was surprised. In Athens there is no waiting for the pedestrian. You get an angry bip-bip and a “move your lazy ass”.
